UniRank, an international higher education directory that reviews accredited Universities and Colleges in the world has released the 2017 top universities in the country’s educational curriculum.
The UniRank University Ranking, aims to provide a non-academic League Table of all Ghanaian Universities based on unbiased and valid web metrics.
UniRank includes 13,000 Colleges and Universities, ranked by web popularity in 200 countries, but the below Ghana’s top Universities is not based on ranking.
The Universities met UniRank’s selection criteria of being accredited, licensed and or chartered by the appropriate Ghanaian higher education-related organization, offering at least four-year undergraduate degrees and postgraduate degrees and delivering courses predominantly in a traditional face-to-face, non-distance education format.
The Universities are University of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ashesi University College, University of Education, Winneba, Ghana Technology University College, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, University for Development Studies, Valley View University, African University College of Communications, Presbyterian University College, Central University, University of Mines and Technology, Regent University College of Science and Technology, Knutsford University College, Accra Technical University, University of Energy and Natural Resources, Koforidua Technical University, University of Professional Studies Accra and Accra Institute of Technology.
Others are Lancaster University, Ghana, Regional Maritime University, Ho Technical University, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Methodist University College, Wisconsin International University College, Kumasi Technical University, Pentecost University College, Ghana Institute of Journalism, Christian Service University College, Zenith University College, All Nations University College, Catholic University College of Ghana, Garden City University College, Takoradi Technical University, BlueCrest College, Sunyani Technical University, Webster University Ghana and Ghana Christian University College,
