The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has commissioned an executive campus at Moree in Cape Coast.
In September of last year, KNUST commissioned its first satellite campus at Obuasi which was built as a form of expansion of the University beyond the city of Kumasi.

KNUST Moree campus will run short courses in marine or oceanic correlated courses as well as other courses. It comes as no surprise that these courses will be offered as the KNUST Moree campus is just located at the coastal lines.
The KNUST Moree campus was constructed by Antarctic Construction Limited and cost the University a sum of Fifty Million Ghana Cedis (GHC 50,000,000.00). Some facilities at the KNUST Moree campus include eight lecture theaters, a recreational area along the beach, conference rooms, external CCTV cameras, outdoor bar, a restaurant or kitchen, ten chalets, and outdoor seating for the restaurant.
Known for being committed to developmental projects in communities, KNUST also constructed a laboratory and a community health center with a duplex accommodation for nurses.
